SCOTT R. ANDERSON

Scott Anderson is the Managing Partner of Anderson Keegin & Associates, Inc. OI Partners – West Michigan. An accomplished executive coach, Scott proactively partners with individuals and teams in securing the advantages of organizational change. 

With 30+ years of consulting and business development experience, Scott's professional background includes progressively-responsible management assignments with two Fortune 500 corporations.  Additionally, he has served in executive leadership roles for a research foundation, a graduate school and a regional human services agency.

Scott combines his human relations insights and general management experience in the practice of action learning:  the development of leadership skillsets applied in the pursuit of mutually-affirmed objectives.  Clients are encouraged to assume responsibility for managing their careers and, as their passions link with organizational needs, transformation often takes place.

A graduate of Valparaiso University, Scott’s professional interests include organizational psychology, leadership development and human capital management.  He is internationally certified as a Career Management Fellow.  Additionally, Scott provides active leadership to the Research & Development Division of OI Partners, Inc.

 

DAVID S. KEEGIN

David Keegin is General Manager and co-founder of Anderson Keegin & Associates, Inc. OI Partners – West Michigan, a leadership resource which proactively partners with individuals and teams in securing the advantages of organizational change.  An accomplished career coach, David’s client engagements primarily focus in three areas:  Leader Development, Performance Improvement and Career Alignment.

David is a strategically-oriented leader with P&L and international business development experience in sales, marketing, service, and operations.  An adept communicator, motivator and presenter, David coaches individuals and teams in moving successfully towards their desired outcomes.

His business background combines hands-on leadership and breadth of perspective gained from facilitating numerous career transition courses, developing and delivering unique career-related and personal development curriculum, and coaching candidates of all levels towards achieving their career aspirations. 

Working closely with senior leaders and key contributors, David effectively aligns individual interests and abilities with organizational resources and intent.  The result is a dynamic interdependence where both value and meaning are created.

David earned his BA in English and History from Albion College and is also a Certified Practitioner with the Institute of Career Certification International.  Additionally he has served on the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce CEO Committee, Davenport University Advisory Committee and New Partner Advisory Committee for OI Partners, Inc.

 

STEVE SPARLING

Steve Sparling is a Senior Consultant who works exclusively with select clients to solve their talent acquisition and retention problems.  His 30-year career includes delivering impressive results in executive search, corporate recruitment and large-scale staffing initiatives.  His expertise in assessment, teambuilding and coaching provides keen insight into the leadership dynamics of key executives. 

Steve leverages his experience as a business executive, organizational consultant and retained search professional in developing appropriate solutions that consistently accelerate the successful on-boarding of top notch leaders for his clients.  His background includes heading-up all corporate recruitment activities (executive, management and staff) for a global organization with 35,000 employees. 

His executive search assignments have included chief executive officers, presidents, chief financial officers and senior executives in almost all business disciplines and industries (see a sampling of Steve’s Client Engagements).
